Food makers Kraft Foods Inc and Sara Lee Corp cut their profit forecasts for the current year on Wednesday as a stronger dollar hurts international sales and U.S. consumers seek lower-priced products.

Honda U.S. sales tumbled again in January

Synergetics taps David Hable to CEO post

Synergetics USA, Inc., an O’Fallon, Mo.-based maker of microsurgery equipment, has named David M. Hable as its president and chief executive officer.
